GoDaddy says i must pay for email 365 even though I have an office 365 subscription
GoDaddy forced me to go to their mail 365 and now they say that I have to pay for their mail 365 system even though I have an office 365 subscription. I am so sick of GoDaddy making their cust...
Just a heads-up—using Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy isn’t recommended if you want full control and transparency.
You don’t get access to the main Microsoft admin centers, the pricing isn’t very clear, SharePoint URLs are locked to a bad format (NETORG4504), and support is limited.
The good news? You don’t need to migrate or start over. There’s a simple way to disconnect GoDaddy, called Defederation. It keeps your existing accounts and data, but gives you full access and control under Microsoft.
