Gmail and Outlook

I am trying to setup my wife's gmail in our Outlook. But I am having no luck. I have tried many ways but it seems I always get this error message.

Can someone please shed some light on this. I have my gmail setup to run lower security programs.

It is almost like Outlook can't see the gmail at all. I was able to set my account up previously with no problems. I guess something has changed in Outlook in Office 36
