Globar Address Book synchronisation with phone

Hello,

please help to find a solution, 

we using Outlook 365 Exchange server on the web,

there is an address book, which we want to synchronize with Android or iOS built-in address book in mobile phone.

If coming new employe, everybody get synchronized new 

> Name

> Surname

> department

> mobile phone

> email address
