Global Secure Access Client not connect

I am install Global Secure Access client show error , please anynone help me fix not

event log

Network connection to the Global Secure Access Edge could not be established with error: failed to connect to all addresses; last error: UNAVAILABLE: ipv4:127.0.0.1:443: WSA Error
