GDPR O365 - retention and deletion policy

Question

Hello,&nbsp;are the retention and deletion policies for O365 products – hardcoded - ?&nbsp;Or is it possible to define the policy individually eg. in Admin Center?&nbsp;&nbsp;Eg. For one drive I found the following:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/retention-and-deletion#the-onedrive-deletion-process&nbsp;But unfortunately nothing about hard- or softcoded policy.&nbsp;Thx and Brgds&nbsp;barbara&nbsp;

You can set the standard 30 days deletion policy to custom if you like! From a link from your link:

Of course you can use your own retention policy’s for document retention in Sharepoint (and OneDrive) too, which you can customize
