Function IFS in a Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016

Hello! I have a license with my university e-mail. I use a MacBook Pro where I can use the function IFS. Thing is, I just started a job and I made a new formula for the contracts administration where I use the formula IFS but, my coworker cannot use it, it's not even there. I tried Logging in with my school email but still doesn't appear. How can I unlock it?
