If you havent made any customizations to the default configuration, you dont need any sort of backup/restore. Just in case: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/how-to-connect-import-export-config

Cant read German so not sure what the screenshot says, but reinstalling AAD Connect on the local machine will not affect your already synced users.

Thanks for your answer.
The screenshot says that AAD Connect cannot continue because no configuration changes can currently be made.
Next Steps:
Make sure that the current user is a member of the Administrators or ADSyncAdmins group.
###
The user is a member of both groups, but it doesn't work.
###
A new installation also removes the AAD Connect database.
Should this database be backed up or is the complete synchronization simply carried out again after a new installation of the AAD Connect and all information written to the new database, since there are no changes to the sync?
Alternatively, would it be better to keep the AADConnect database and just reinstall the services?
greetings
Philip

Only hybrid deployment and a single GPOs is selected.
I will set these settings exactly the same way or I will try to do the export as in the article you linked and import them into the new server (or after the deinstallation on the same server).
Thanks for your Help.
