Forward rule outbox mail

Dear all,

I have on my outlook account the rule to forward all mails that are received (inbox) but I am unfortunately unable to find any rule in order to forward all the messages that I send.

The concept of it is that I want to have a copy of all my inbox messages in email1 and to receive all my sent items in email2. Is it possible ?

Basically I want a forwarded copy of all my emails either they are sent of received

Best regards,

    Hi wish this helps

    If you want to CC all mails sent from a specific mailbox after it has been sent then there is a way to to dit with outlook desktop app .

    Rules->Manage Rules and Alert

    follow the screenshots below …… you need to select apply to messages I sent at the first screen . Follow the wizard to achieve your desired rule

    Hi Tibhr

    I can see an easy way that jumps out at me using client side rules, but this is possible to do via Transport Rules in the Exchange Admin Centre

    This will blind copy all of your emails to mail2.
