Forms showed up in my tenant but we cant use it
This was reported quite a bit in the past few days in other threads. The answer is to wait until it has rolled out fully to your tenant; right now it's just visible in the O365 Admin portal and with the error message you see.

Thats great. I searched for the keyword forms before posting and all I found was old threads.
I would love to hear a Microsoft Employee weigh in on this.

Forms Working
Cool, now what can we do with it? It seems geared towards questionaires but I have paper forms we use for setting up PCs for customer at work that we could perhaps use this for.

I am thinking it would be great for some simple requests like our helpdesk request, and research request forms. Need to play with it to find out the capablilities. Another idea I had for usage is a signup/registration sheet for an IT Brown Bag lunch and learn we plan to host soon.
