I got the same problem in these two days and even I cannot copy, create new form or delete my own form.
Anyone has the solution?
This still doesn't work - in fact the COPY option has been removed totally.
I now have to recreate the whole from I need for a new verison - what a massive waste of time - Microsoft this is now years not working. My next online survey will be completed with Google.
