Format as table option makes Excel unresponsive

excel using Format as table option makes unresponsive the sheet and makes the computer slower, is impossible to scroll down on the data. the files works normally in other computers and was working before my upgrade to 365 x64 Enterprise, the RAW sheet is totally unresponsive in XLS attached
