Form with payment

Need to create form with validation fileds  (English only)

and add payment to it

how can i do it with microsoft forms? or sharepoint

      PayO365 @gilb380 Hey guys, I am trying to do the same thing - is this possible using Microsoft Forms? Or can I direct people to a page to process payment after the form is completed?
