Force notifications / reminder on every meeting

Hello together

Does anybode know a way, a tool, or a addin which makes it happen that outlook will allways remind me for meetings?

I don't understand how poeple work and don't miss meetings but I get so many invites to meetings where the inviter does not activate the reminder. And them sometimes I forget it to activate and I miss the meeting.

Is there any way to force activate a reminder?

The setting in outlook options only works for meetings I create myself.
