Flow for Forms Quiz results
I have created a quiz our employees must take to gain access to one of our digital tools. I'm wanting to create a flow that will send the submitter an email after they take the quiz letting them know if they've passed or not. Does anyone know if this is possible and/or how to do it? I'm new to Flow and have been Googling but I'm not having much luck.

- Search form forms in flow as a trigger! The flow will trigger after a response and you can then just add outlook connector to send a mail the responder! I’m not sure about the different responses about the results in the form though!
