Filtering Dynamic Tables in Excel

I have a complex Workbook with 28 worksheets. Several of them are Dynamix Tables. Most of them work finely. But two of them show values that no longer exist in ANY worksheet. I have eliminated those, saved the workbook close the workbook and opened it again. When I try to built them from the beginning the same values appear only when filtering but the Dynamic Table works fine.

Why are there false values in the filtering drop down menu.
