Filtered list view is not working on SharePoint mobile apps

In the previous posts I got to know that list filtered view is a limitation for SharePoint mobile apps. It will not show filtered views thru the app (apart from viewing the view on the mobile browser). Just wanted to know if there is an alternative to this limitation. Or if we might get a fix in the coming days/months for the same? This is really causing us issues and surprisingly I never realized this can be such a huge roadblock for us in designing our application. Any help or direction will be appreciated.
