Fill out forms (Waiver) with Signatures (Forms or any other tool)
I have to get signatures on a forms that will be filled out by users. I will need all users to fill out a form with signature (for insurance purposes) I looked at Forms and so far I am not sure it's possible. Did anyone come across something similar and how did you go about doing it.

- Forms is simply for capturing answers to questions. I suggest that you may want to look at third party tools such as Docusign and how they integrate with SharePoint and Teams as the best option for capturing signatures. The cheap and cheerful method is just to host PDFs and allow people to edit and re-submit these upon being signed but if you are serious about signatures I suggest a looking a dedicated third party that integrates with M365.
