Exporting PDF

Hi there. When exporting a pdf from word, my formatting is knocked out. Was expecting formatting to be preserved.

    To help you better, I need to ask one question.
    What application did you use to export the PDF?
    Also, what were the steps you undertook to export the said document?
    A detailed description of your issue would help us.

      Hi, I saved as PDF from Word. Optimised for electronic. I also used the print function, which preserved formatting but at the expense of the quality of my logo.
