Exchange online disclaimer - Use disclaimer of other user

- Nov 02, 2016Dear Mike, that is what I meant - this is only possible with 4rd party. So for example you can push signatures to the Outlook clients with a 3rd party tool and let Exchange only attach the legal disclaimer. Or do everything by your 3rd party tool - this choice is up to your IT.

Is it really necessary to have the disclaimers personalized? I would think that most companies would want this to be consistent for all of their employees. The employees are typically sending something on behalf of the organization and the disclaimer is something that the Company is concerned about (not the individual)
