Exchange 2010 migration to o365
Hi I am looking to migrate 5 mailboxes from exchange 2010 on premise server to office 365 in the cloud, and eventually remove/ shutdown my exchange server and work cloud only . Some things...

Even if I export it to a pst file ...
Wont that be a problem because of the large file size?

Hi orrtech,
A PST can be corrupt, is advised that you use the Cutover because the transfer is from your Exchange On-Prem to Exchange Online and using the PST could have issues like corruption a deltas.
yeah! I do agree with NunoAriasSilva !
I've done both successfully but the cut-over is a safer shot
