Excel Spreadsheet to generate table of date

Need a spreadsheet that has two days of week Monday and Wednesday going horizontal across row with a repetition of dates beginning with an initial value for Monday and also for Wednesday .

Don't want this vertical but horizontal. 

Here's how this would look: Student's Name; Monday (date); Wednesday(date) then same for next seven days and so on until year's end.
