Excel spread sheet calculation issue.

Hi,

I am trying to do a simple calculation using excel spread sheet. 

I have attached the spreadsheet with this conversation. 

I have raw values on B4:B15

I have highlighted some values in RED which are deviated from other values on the same column. 

Column F4:F15 I have got the max value from E4:E15

Column G4:G15 I have got the standard deviation value from F4:E4

Dont worry about the H4 column calculation. 

I4 column I rounder off the G4 column number to nearest value to 0. 

My aim is if any of the I column is 0,H column value should subtract twith 360. 

Example. I6 is 0. So H6 is subtracted to 360 and J6 is -0.7031. 

But why it's not happening for the column J9 and J15 ? Is there a bug in the excel sheet or am I doing anything wrong ?
