Excel Pivot Missing

Power Pivot is unavailable. I have already checked COM Add-ins and Disabled Items and completed Microsoft 365 repair without success. Please do not restart the standard troubleshooting script. I have a project due tomorrow and need advanced diagnosis or a remote-support session.

  • Because you have already checked COM Add-ins, Disabled Items, and repaired Microsoft 365, another identical repair loop is not a useful next step. First capture File > Account’s exact activated product and About Excel’s full version, build, update channel, and architecture. Confirm that this is desktop Excel on Windows and that the installed entitlement includes the required Power Pivot functionality; Microsoft’s availability guidance distinguishes products and platforms. Next, clarify whether Power Pivot is absent from the add-in list or present but unable to load. Those are different failures. If present, record any load-behavior message or error without changing registry entries. If absent despite a supported installation, have your Microsoft 365 administrator open an installation-specific support case with those details and the completed repair history. For tomorrow’s deadline, consider using an approved Windows computer where Power Pivot already works. A remote-support appointment must be arranged through official support.
