Excel online specific value linked to a sharepoint list

Hi,

I've been googling but cannot find a solution or a workaround. I've got users editing an online workbook. Is there a way of link it so that a value from a specific cell is linked to a sharepoint list field so If they update it on their spreadsheet (in Documents of a sharepoint site - the same site where the sharepoint list is), the field in the sharepoint list gets updated.
