Excel LOOKUP formula problem

I'm used lookup to calculator my formula, but now has one problem.

My formula is  LOOKUP(K4,{"HH","H","M","L"},{64,32,8,1})

but when I type "HH" and L word always show number 32

why HH and L does't equal to
