excel formula using IF, need help

Hello all,

Though I get all correct but i will like to understand a few formula.

above is my data that I generated out.

on the right side (with the percentage), the formula given was =IF(O7<>0,(O7-N7)/O7,0).

How do i make my 100% to seen as 0%?
