Thanks for your reply.

IT tried a repair already but this did not change anything.
They also deleted office from computer and reinstalled, checked for an error in the register log, ...

We use the desktop version.

Hi! Can other users or you do this on a different computer without excel crashing?

Hi,

When other user copy & pastes it does not occur.
Tried another online repair and received an update of Office.
We will be trying again with the user that had the crashes...

Fingers crossed that it does not happen anymore.

  If not, also run a memory (RAM) check on that machine

    Good morning,
    
    Unfortunately it still happens.
    Did a full online repair, Ram check ( no issues ), ...
    Even when the user logs in on a different device ( laptop ) it happens on that device too...
    The desktop she uses now is brand new.
    
    We do not know what to do now...

  Yes! I hope for the best! What you describe it seems like a client issue so hopefully it will be resolved
