Excel 365 freezing Issue

Hi,

(OS Windows 10 64bit, Office 365)

Number of our users facing freezing issue whenever they open any excel file specially from LAN network shared location, if files somehow open; it is almost useless to switch from one cell to another.

I have installed office 2013 Pro version on few machines to check it, and find no issue when user open and work on excel via office 2013.

I'll appreciate any possible support to fix this issue.
