Excel 16.14 for Mac

After buying office 365 for my Mac which uses High Sierra OS there are a few glitches that have not been resolved with the 16.14 update this month:

1. When opening a existing document from your files it puts the document at the bottom of the screen, sometimes where you can't find it. Very annoying.  Excel 2011 for Mac did not do this. Please fix this bug

2. When dropping the "window" menu box to flick to a different document which is open it has a mind of his own as to where the requested document returns.
