Error Message in Office 365
I have a user on our organization that uninstalled office 365 on her computer but didn't realize that she hadn't signed out first. She reinstalled and now gets the error of another account from this ...

Follow steps 2,3,4 from - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/troubleshoot/activation/reset-office-365-proplus-activation-state
If above steps, do not help then follow - "Clear credentials from Workplace Join" section and you should be good to go.
