Error in Microsoft 365 Admin Center Trying to Enable Teams for Organization

Hi, I know this is an old thread, but we have the same exact problem 3 years after last reply here.
admin.microsoft.com tells me that teams is turned off for my organization, and if I try to turn it on it gives me: something went wrong and we couldn't get the page to display
When users try to log in, they either get:
You don't have the required permissions to access this org
Talk to your IT admin for more info or switch to another account.
or this:
Something went wrong: 7q6ck
Did anyone fix this?
