Error Code 30015 - 11 (3221225506)

Please I encountered this Error Code 30015 - 11 (3221225506) while installing Office 365 each time the installation was aborted at 94%. I have used some Microsoft tools (SetupProd_OffScrub and SaraSetup) to remove and install but each time the error still occur.

The Operating System is Windows 10 Pro. 64bits.

Kindly assist with solution.

I am getting the same error message. Do I really have to reinstall the Operating System?
