error adding 365 account to windows 10

I am trying to set a user up to log into their computer with their 365 credentials/account. The user has a Office 365 Business Premium subscription so I believe this should be possible. However I get the below error:

 

Has anyone seen or dealt with this issue before?

    Click “Control Panel”

    Open “Date and Time”Press on “Change date and time” and make corrections if necessaryConfigure your time zone before pressing OKPress on “Internet Time” tab before selecting “Change Settings”Check “Synchronize with an Internet time server” before choosing the Time Server from the list presentedPress “Update Now”Press “OK” twice to complete the configuration and close all open windowsAfter this, restart your computer before accessing Windows UpdateAndre_KT_ZA
