Entering and saving a contact in Office 365 Outlook
I just entered and saved three contacts from the business cards I received past week. I disposed off the the business cards. To my surprise, the contacts are not saved! I have more than 2,000 contact...
1. Limit is 1 million . refer here - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/servicedescriptions/exchange-online-service-description/exchange-online-limits#mailbox-folder-limits-across-office-365-options
2. Try opening Outlook in Exchange Online mode - and then save the contacts again , wait for 10-15 minutes. The back to cache mode and see if it reflects in Outlook. Also check in OWA for comparison if it is only specific to Outlook or OWA as well.
