Enhanced options for the Microsoft Editor Chrome plugin

Hey folks, bit of a strange one, when I look at my settings for the Editor plugin for Chrome, I get lots of options under the Refinements section for Clarity, Conciseness, Formality, Inclusiveness, Punctuation Conventions etc. but my colleagues installing the plugin recently don't get these options. Instead, they just get the top-level Spelling, Grammar and Refinement toggles (see pics). Same version of the plugin 1.2.4, all using latest Chrome browser on Windows 10, 1909. Same language set, English (United Kingdom).

Any ideas how to get the extra options?
