my customer service dept reported that quite a number of valid emails are going to the junk folders for the past 2 days resulting in them missing emails from customers. how do i prevent this from h...

Hi There,
Do you use Exchange Advanced Threat Protection in your tenancy?
also look in the Security centre on O365 to trace and see what is being marked as Spam and why

we do have advanced threat protection.
some are normal emails that end up in the junk folders

What do you mean by "Normal"? do they have links or attachments?
Could they be marked as spoof?
Have a look for the sender under anti-spam > spoof intelligence
Track the message and look at the headers to see if it has been marked

normal as in legitimate emails sent to customer service dept from customers.
where is this anti-spam > spoof intelligence ?
is it under exchange admin centre
