Emailing direct from a PDF or Snipping tool Document

How can I email direct from a PDF document and also email direct from inside the Snipping tool?

I am unable to “Send To” an email from inside the snipping tool or, “Send File” to an email from inside a PDF document. I get the following error:

Microsoft Office Outlook

Either there is no default mail client, or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as a default mail client.

Things I have done:

I double checked inside Outlook that it was checked as my default email.

I did a Microsoft office repair both quick and, online reloading all the Microsoft 365 Apps.

Support reloaded my Windows 10

How can I get that ability again?

My computer:

Windows 10 64-Bit, version 10.0.19041 Build 19041

Microsoft 365

Outlook version 13231.20368 click-to-run

Outlook is set as my default email both inside Outlook and set as preference inside Adobe Acrobat

Help please.
