Is this Group # 86 configured in the same way the other Groups were configured in regards of notification settings?
It took some digging, but we found out that it wasn't. There is a box labeled “Let people outside of the organization email the group” that was not checked. It was missed because it does not appear with the group is being created, only after it is created and you open the group for edit does this option appear. Since this is something we do not do a lot of it got overlooked with this new group.
