Email not delivered
Hi, My user sent an email yesterday, but it seems it wasn't delivered. It is in her Send Items folder but not shown on server when I traced it. My user uses Outlook 2016 connect to Office 36...

Thank you very much for your reply. I think what happended was the user closed Outlook right after she sent the email, the email got stuck in the Outbox until she opened Outlook.
