email bounced
one of my user tried to send emails to some staff in the company.
she received bounced emails because the emails was sent to the secondary email
instead of sending to xxx@company.com.sg, the emails was send to xxx@company.onmicrosoft.com
the companysg.com.sg was. how to prevent user from sending to the secondary email

There should be no problem at all receiving messages to the secondary alias(es). To troubleshoot the issue, run a message trace: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj200712(v=exchg.150).aspx
If that doesnt provide any clue, open a support case.
