I receive this reply to an AOL address that I have been sending emails to for years: The mail client submitted this message with bare line feeds, which cannot be sent via SMTP protocol DATA command and receiving system does not support BDAT
How do I fix this?
- In order to support "new" security features such as DKIM and DMARC Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) no longer removes bare line feeds from emails that you send, they used to do that however.
surprising that AOL dont approve messages containing bare line feeds. They should fix their system to support this kind of SMTP traffic.
What you can try is to use OWA or another mail client that is not Outlook and see if that email goes through.
