Dynamics 365 link auto launches a PowerApps app

Hi. We have a few PowerApps deployed and now we have AX deployed. We have several users that have clicked on a PowerApp and now it is "Auto Launching" whenever they click the Dynamics 365 link.

 

What mechanism is doing this and how do a turn it off? I see the "autolaunch=true" in the query string. I don't see a way of removing that. 

 

I haven't been able to repro, but have many reports from users.
