Drop Office 365 Reseller

I get my Office 365 subscription via a reseller (Sherweb). What's the process of canceling the reseller affiliation? Their support is poor, so I want to work directly with Microsoft.

Microsoft said that was the only way to move forward with Microsoft, but I can't find this process documented anywhere.
