Draft emails - Shared mailbox
Hi,
I see that on a automapped shared mailbox it does not save draft emails on its own folder. Instead the draft sits in the personal box draft folder. We need to manually drag drop to the shared box. Do we have a fix or a rule where this could be acheived ? Any help would be appreciated !
FYI - This perfectly works when a shared mailbox is configured as a secondary account in outlook.

Now exists also CoolDraft flow that will do it for any Outlook client platform.
Lots of functionalities are not available or behave differently with Automapped mailboxes, and that's all "as expected". You know the solution already, add it as additional account and it will behave properly.
