Download time

Ofice 365 is something new to us at work. Lately, we have noticed that the download time with Barracuda is way too long. I am just a piping designer and in no way techy, but I am going on 10 hours downloading a trusted autocad object. I have also heard of some PDF files going multiple hours of download time.

 

 I am not sure if this is the correct format to ask this question but I am getting desperate.

      I am not sure how to bypass Barracuda. I wanted to download a pump from the companies website and as soon as I click to download, barracuda starts.
