downgrade from E5 to business premium error

Hi, 

 

From CSP I assigned me a 365 E5 license to get to know all the features, not I want to downgrade my user tu Business Premium, but in 365 admin portal I get an error:

 

"You can't assignt licenses with conflict services: Exchange Online (plan 2), Exchange Online (plan 1) +**the same for Sharepoint**"

 (original is in spanish)

 

Do you know what would be the correct way to do it? Is it possible?

  • You may check the assigned license to your account because you might also assigned an Exchange Online (plan 1) as this is conflicting to your Business Premium license that you're trying to assign to your account as a replacement of Enterprise E5 license.
