It's not just a question only of Microsoft Teams, but also the enatire Offife 365 services...what you need to ensure is that all required ports, IPS and URL required to get access to Office 365 services (Teams included) are properly configured in your firewall and there are not blocked in some way what could be the case with the Web proxy
