    M365 Business Premium license offers Subscription Activation for Windows 10 Business, but the device must already have an activated copy of Windows 10 Professional (not Home) and be Microsoft Entra Joined (formerly Azure AD Joined).

    M365 Business Premium does however include rights to use Windows 10 in Azure Virtual Desktop or Windows 365, if you wanted to review viability of those technologies.
