Do not forward only

How do we set do not forwad only option in outlook RMS. Users should not be able to forward but able to edit and print.

    Marvin Oco Hello, are you talking about Office Message Encryption and the "encrypt-only" and "Do not forward"? Do I understand it correct that you only want to use one of them?

      Hi, just want to use the 'do not forward" without its function to restrict printing and editing of documents attached in email

        Marvin Oco I see. As Azure Information Protection client classic and Label Management in the Azure Portal are being deprecated as of March 31, 2021 you could (should) use Sensitivity labels for fine tuning.
