VasilMichev This is really annoying me ATM. I'm journaling, typing. my private thoughts & I keep getting suggestions despite having followed steps to turn them off. I don't need or want suggestions when I'm doing this. It's supposed to be calming, but having my writing critiqued isn't calming, it's frustrating! I don't care if I'm using an incorrect verb form, misspelled a word, used incorrect punctuation, or if my writing would be clearer if I changed a word. When I write formal documents, I will probably appreciate suggestions (although I may not agree with them). I'm a grammar snob, but most of what I write is extremely informal, journaling, statistical charts (I get bad Clarity scores for these), Facebook posts (where formal writing is often made fun of). Getting suggestions while I'm journaling makes me feel like my personal thoughts are being invaded. Even when I ask for help & specify that I'm using Microsoft 365, I get instructions for other programs. If I specify a program, it I don't want to know how to do it in any other program & it's a waste of my time! I want a simple answer, just for Microsoft 365, no other programs. How do I turn off suggestions. Also, something keeps changing my settings from Editing to Viewing. I hardly ever view a document without editing. I switch it to Editing & the next time I return to the program, it's back to Viewing.
